The UK ITSS Technical Careers Resource Hub has launched a new toolkit, “Enhancing Collaboration Between Technical Staff and Academics: A Conversation Toolkit”, designed to support better communication, role clarity and inclusive working between technical and academic colleagues. The resource brings together conversation prompts, guidance, email templates and case studies, including filmed contributions from Prof James McCullagh and Dr John Walsby-Tickle.
